Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the VYBE. mobile application (the "App"). By downloading and using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Parties

VYBE. is developed and operated by an independent individual developer (the "Developer", "we"). There is no incorporated company. For any questions: velalabss@gmail.com

2. Description of the Service

VYBE. is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyse a messaging screenshot you upload and generate reply suggestions in the tone you select (funny, sincere, flirty, and so on). Suggestions are produced entirely automatically; the decision of which reply to send is yours.

The App is offered with one free trial generation per device; paid subscription plans called "VYBE. Premium" are available for continued, unlimited use (see Section 6). Subscription pricing, any free-trial period and the billing period are shown in the App before purchase.

3. Age Requirement

VYBE. is not designed for or directed at anyone under the age of 18. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that you are under 18, we will delete the associated account data.

4. Required Permissions

The App needs the following device permissions in order to work:

• Photo library access: so that you can select the screenshot to be analysed.
• Notification permission (optional): used only if we choose to send you notifications; if you decline it, the App continues to work normally.

5. Disclaimer Regarding AI Output

The reply suggestions produced by the App are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and do not constitute advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of the suggestions, or any particular outcome. Whether to use, edit or send a suggestion is entirely your responsibility. We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from your use of the AI output, including relational, social or emotional consequences.

6. Subscription and Payment (VYBE. Premium)

• VYBE. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to the store account through which you purchased the subscription (your Apple ID / Google account); your card details never reach us.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically, and the renewal fee is charged to your account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• To manage or cancel a subscription, use the subscription settings of your store account (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions).
• Refunds during the term of a used subscription are subject to the refund policy of the relevant store (Apple/Google); refund requests must be made directly to that store.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, brand and source code belong to the Developer and are protected by copyright. Reverse-engineering, copying or distributing the App without permission is prohibited. The screenshots you upload belong to you; we process them solely to generate suggestions, without retaining them permanently (see the Privacy Policy for details).

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

If we determine that you have breached these terms, we reserve the right to delete data relating to your account and access and to restrict your access to the App, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce significant changes within the App. Your continued use after the terms are updated means that you accept the changes.
